MFS panels are resilient, durable epoxy coated steel panels with a unitized shell construction. This construction method means that the panels consist of strong structural components that do not require a separate frame to provide support.
The flat steel top of the panel is resistance wielded to a die-formed bottom pan, containing hemispherical reinforcing pockets. Internally, the steel shells are filled with a non-combustible light weight, high compressive strength cementitious mixture. The resultant product is one that delivers excellent and uniform load bearing results and superior acoustic performance.
In addition, the floor panels comes with five standard load performance grades and are compatible with an extensive selection of understructure support and finishes for different loading requirements.
